What People's Say About Place

This whole place is a vibe The food is amazing perfect portion The drinks are delicious and low in sugar For the same price as a meal at McDonald’s I ate healthier. I felt healthier. My kids loved it and they are picky eaters! This will be our new Go to fast food place!

Soooo delicious and healthy! I always have mine on greens to keep the carbs down. So far I have tried the Greek bowl, spicy teriyaki (added shrimp) and the chicken burrito bowl. All amazing and can’t wait to try them all!

If you’re looking for a fast, healthy, and protein-packed meal in Spokane, Konala is it! Their bowls are not only delicious but also super satisfying—exactly what this city needed. You can build your own bowl with fresh ingredients or go for one of their signature creations, and trust me, you can’t go wrong. The shrimp bowl is a MUST-TRY—perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. And don’t skip the lemonades—they come in a variety of flavors and are the perfect refreshing complement to your meal. But what really sets Konala apart? The service. Every staff member seemed genuinely happy to be there, and that energy made the dine-in experience even better. You can feel the passion behind this place, and it shows in every bite. If you haven’t been yet, go ASAP! Spokane finally has a fast, healthy option that doesn’t skimp on flavor.

So glad this place exists! It’s hard to find delicious, anti-inflammatory foods at restaurants. Everything I’ve tried here is so good. If you have food allergies like gluten or dairy, this is the place to come! There’s no indoor dining here, just fyi :)

I’m really thankful for the quick and healthy options! I was just disappointed when I ordered the Greek Steak bowl yesterday. The cucumbers weren’t marinated in the sauce like normal and there weren’t any onions.

The most delicious healthy food! Always fresh. Thank you for bringing fast healthy food to the PNW. We love Konala!

I just had the most incredible Greek Steak Bowl, and I can’t stop thinking about it! It’s the perfect balance of fresh, flavorful, and satisfying — every bite was a total win. The base of fluffy white rice pairs beautifully with crisp cucumbers and fresh red onions, while the crumbled feta adds that creamy, salty touch that ties everything together. But the real star? The steak. Perfectly seasoned, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and drizzled with the most flavorful chimichurri sauce that adds a fresh, herby punch. I paired it with a Berry Patch Tea for a sweet, refreshing treat — the perfect complement to the savory bowl. The best part? The entire meal is just 44 carbs, making it gestational diabetes–friendly without sacrificing an ounce of flavor!! Absolutely delicious from start to finish — I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

This past Friday, a couple friends and I were finally able to stop in to Konala, in Post Falls. What I didn’t know when we arrived was that it doesn’t have any dine-in option but they do have a few tables (with umbrellas) outside, so you can sit there and enjoy their food. We each tried something different and each of us really liked what we ordered. The first order was their Teriyaki Chicken bowl with half white rice and half greens. My friend enjoyed it, but did get some additional teriyaki sauce. I was the second to order and went with their Poke Bowl, with all greens as my base. The Ahi Tuna was fresh and delicious. Easy to eat, there was zero silver skin to deal with. This was one of the best poke salads I have had in a while. The spicy mayo had a nice little kick and the cucumber salad that was part of the toppings really added a wonderful flavor. The last to order asked the person taking our orders what their favorite was. He stated that he really liked the seasonal bowl which was Mango Blackened Shrimp, so my friend went with that on half brown rice and half greens. She said it was so yummy and did have a little kick. They didn’t skimp on the shrimp and was very happy she gave it a try. We all agreed that we’ll be coming back. Another thing we all agreed on was that if this was in Spokane, we would probably find ourselves there a lot! One other thing that deserves a mention, they do have a drive-thru.
